• Y Geelong Gymnastics Classes are paid via direct debit on a fortnightly schedule. Payments continue throughout school holiday periods. Your booking is ongoing and will remain active indefinitely until you choose to cancel it. Cancellations can be made at any time through the customer portal or by emailing our customer service team.

• Y Sport and Recreation programs are payable at the start of the program via reception/EFTPOS or via the online Customer Portal

• How do I cancel my gymnastics booking?
  To cancel a gymnastics class booking, please submit a ‘Drop’ request through your customer portal. If you prefer, you can also email (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) to request a cancellation. Please keep in mind our 7‑business‑day cancellation policy when submitting your request.
