Tom joined the Y Geelong Board in January 2024 and holds a Bachelor of applied Science- BASc, Construction Management degree and is responsible for leading Construction project operations in the Geelong Region.  Tom works at Accuraco (project management firm) as a Project Manager overseeing the delivery of a number of early learning centres, new Schools and have conducted refurbishments. Having worked on the project management side in education Tom has been able to gather an in depth and diverse range of knowledge in school and early learning centre operations, costs of projects and how to deliver said projects in an educational environment.

The Y is committed to the development of young governors and Tom fits the Y’s ethos as an inspiring young person, under 30 who is devoted the Geelong community and to consistently growing and developing himself and those around me. His detailed project management experience at delivering projects up to $200M in value will support the Y delivery its Strategic Plan Vision 2030.
