Brandon has been a long term supporter of the YMCA Geelong and provided external advice and support at a governance level prior to joining the Board in 2020.

Brandon has over 23 year’s commercial experience with the last 15 years in senior Health & Community management roles with strong health industry links & past President of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Throughout his professional career he has experience in managing complex, diverse and challenging industries, with strong leadership qualities and the ability to think strategically and not afraid to question the status quo.
•Brandon‘s strong drive and focus on adding value, with experience in driving cultural change coupled with  his community oriented, with a demonstrated desire and passion for active community involvement has been an asset to the YMCA Geelong Board.

Brandon has commenced as CEO of Anglicare NSW West & ACT in 2023 after several years as Chief Financial Officer & Executive General Manager Community and Pathways at Genu. Brandon has a Bachelor of Commerce and Masters of Business Administration and serves of numerous not for profit Boards.

Brandon was appointed to the National Council of YMCA’s of Australia Board in November 2024.
