The business of the Annual General Meeting will be –
To receive and consider the statement submitted to members in accordance with Section 30(4) of the Act:
- To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held 11th November 2024
- To receive annual report of the President and CEO on activities of the Associations during the preceding financial year;
- To receive the financial statements of the Associations for the proceeding financial year;
- To elect members of the Board Members;
- To confirm the amounts of annual subscription and joining fees;
- To approve Auditor services for 2026-2027;
- Acknowledgement of Long Serving Staff and Volunteer Awards 2024-2025
